We spotted a mice around the outdoor furniture. We were worried that they might enter the property when the doors are opened during this hot weather. We understand that the weather is not normal for the UK but can electrical fans be provided as the property doesnt have air conditioning.

The staff in charge of bike/ kayak rentals were brilliant -super friendly and kind. Also the gardeners and maintenance staff were also friendly and welcoming. It is clear that staff really enjoy working on the estate and feel valued. My only complaint was issues with the hot tub. Every evening...

The food at the Hatch was excellent. We could not relax in the pool as younger people and their parents were playing with balls in the water which narrowly missed our heads on occasions.
