Coming August 2026, Firefly Restaurant will offer a vibrant dining experience for the local community and guests staying at Silverlake, serving seasonal dishes inspired by the surrounding Dorset landscape. Guests can enjoy a casual brunch, lunch by the pool or an evening meal and drinks by the lake as the sun sets.

Fire House Pizzeria Pop-up
Fire House Pizzeria will be at Silverlake every Saturday throughout July, serving freshly made, wood‑fired pizzas – a stress-free way to feed the family after a day of exploring the Estate.
Pop along between 1700-2000 to enjoy a tempting menu of family favourites, accompanied by a selection of sides and desserts. Gluten‑free bases are available too.
The Hatch at Silverlake
The Hatch sits close to Beaumont Lake and the Activity Hub, making it the perfect pit stop before or after your Silverlake adventures.
From all‑day breakfast baps and wraps to burgers and loaded fries including vegan and vegetarian options, it’s relaxed, family‑friendly food done well.
