Tinklebobs (or icicles if you're not from Dorset), enjoys a west-facing patio with BBQ, private rooftop terrace and balcony access for the 3 first-floor bedrooms. There is a further bedroom on the ground floor, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.  

This stylish property is filled with natural light and spacious interiors. The ground floor features a modern open-plan design, complete with a contemporary kitchen equipped with built-in appliances, an induction hob and a breakfast bar. There is a large dining table and comfortable seating in front of the fire. The sliding patio doors open the full width of the property to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. 

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two king-size rooms, with the master bedroom benefiting from an ensuite, fold-out desk, TV, and balcony with bistro chairs for enjoying the lake views, while the other bedroom has access to the rear balcony. The third bedroom can be set up as a twin or super king room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additionally, there is a ground-floor bedroom with a separate WC for added accessibility. 

The patio doors from the dining area lead to the lower decking with a gas BBQ and the roof terrace provides ample seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

 

House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is not pet friendly.
