 The Lighthouse is a recently built, spacious and light-filled holiday home that offers up to 8-10 guests (10 with use of a sofa bed) the chance to enjoy a wonderful holiday in an elegant and contemporary property within the renowned Silverlake Estate.   

The ground floor of this property boasts a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin room, perfect for the kids and a light and airy master bedroom, also with a generous-sized ensuite. 

Upon entering the 1st floor, you are greeted by a large, light-filled open-plan living area with a contemporary, spacious kitchen featuring sleek appliances throughout — from the built-in microwave oven to the generous worktops and delightful breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee and juice. A large dining table with ample seating is perfect for family nights in or entertaining friends with a fabulous feast. 

For those colder evenings, a luxury wood burner adds to those cosy nights gathered around the large flat-screen TV or enjoying a game night with the kids. The living area benefits from two sofas, one of which is a pull-out sofa bed; please request the extra linen at the time of booking if you plan to use this.


House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is not pet friendly.
