This thoughtfully decorated home offers modern décor through out which makes an ideal family home with soft furnishings and log burner for quiet nights in. This home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. 

he downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The modern kitchen includes large island unit, wine cooler and built in appliances. The dining table offers spaces for 8 guests to gather and enjoy meal times. The living area has two comfy sofas, a log burning stove and have access to the rear garden through the patio doors.  

The bedrooms are configured as a master king size bedroom with en-suite and balcony over looking the nature garden, two further king size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, family bathroom and bunk bed room. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child. The property boasts a hot tub, furniture for alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. 

As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.

 

House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.

    Had a good massage but struggled to book, tried calling and got no call back. Tried emailing- no reply, tried contacting through the website- no reply. In the end I managed to book through the website but got no confirmation, had to go and check at the spa reception. Good prices too high and not a lot of choice. Booking pizza days in advance is not ideal and was expensive for what we got. Went for a walk but signs about snakes put us off and scared everyone.
