This spacious and stunning four bedroom Water Garden property offers bright and modern accommodation and is in close proximity to the peaceful Beaumont Lake, the spa, gym and heated outdoor pool.  This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children owing to the bedroom configurations. This property also allows one dog to join you on your adventures here at Bella Vista. A spacious entrance hall with wooden flooring provides access to a utility room complete with inbuilt storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate WC. The TV room is the perfect place for the kids to hang out. 

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a fantastic space for all the family and friends to socialise.  The kitchen offers oven, microwave oven, induction hob and dishwasher.  There is also a breakfast bar with four stools.  The dining table accommodates ten using six chairs and a bench for four.  There is comfortable sofa seating for eight plus beanbags. The master bedroom boasts stunning views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed and en-suite with large walk in shower.  There is a second king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a third king size bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has two bunk beds sleeping four.  

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with outdoor dining and views across Silverlake. To the rear of the property is a large decked area with dining for eight.

 

House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.

    We didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment, the nature reserve will obviously develop over years, but is well set out, although the paths were too muddy to enjoy for quite a long part.

    Excellent facilities., we had no problem hiring equipment Areas are lovely and clean Only thing that’s a shame is the lovely play area in the nature trail, the ponies seem to like to use it as a toilet so grandchildren could not play on the equipment
