Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the decking. There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar peninsula. 

There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. T

he bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child. The property has a drive that can accommodate 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway. 

To the rear of the property is a decked area with picnic bench style seating, a lawned garden which extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.


House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the 2-3 parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.
